Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE) is an engineering institute in Tamil Nadu, located at Pennalur, Sriperumbudur near Chennai. The College was established in 1985 and is a Tier-I Institution among self financing colleges. 

Dr. A. C. Muthiah, a renowned engineer, industrialist and philanthropist is  the Chairman of the Governing Council of the college.

 

The Department of Civil Engineering has started functioning from the year 2008.

The Department has formed the CIVIL ENGINEERS ASSOCIATION (CEA) on July 30th 2011.  

 

ARTIFEX is the technical symposium conducted annualy, by the Civil Engineers Association of the department of Civil Engineering, SVCE.

ARTIFEX is a blend of both technical and entertaining events. It would definitely bring the best out of every student.
