Students are requested to adhere to the rules specified below :

  1. Two participants per paper.

  2. A soft copy of the paper and abstract should be sent to  " svce.artifex2k14@gmail.com" on or before 22-8-2014 (22nd August)

  3. shortlisted papers will be notified through SMS/e-mail by 23-08-2014.

  4. All papers must strictly follow the specified format.

  5. Selected participants should bring two hard copy of their paper and a soft copy in pen drive or CD .

Note: Last Date for sending Abstract is Friday,22nd August 2014. 

        1.     Max. length   : 12 Pages
        2.     Paper Size     :  A4 (210mmX297mm)
                Margins         :     Left-1.2”, Right-1.0”,Top-0.85”, Bottom-0.85”
                Printing         :     On only one side of the sheets.
                Font-face     :     Times New Roman   or   Arial font  
                Font-sizes    :     Section numbers and titles - 15, Bold, Left- justified.
                Body of the report:    12, 1½ line spaced, justified
                Sub-sections to be numbered as 1.1, 1.2…. & 1.1.1, 1.1.2
                Printing Colour      :  Black. (Colour, wherever essential)
                Page Numbers       :  Bottom Centered
        3.     Time:  5 + 2 Minutes
        4.     Decision  of  the judges  is  final .
